This site will serve as the main hub for all information you need to know about this year’s Annual Members Meeting and will be updated with new information on a regular basis.

Registration is now closed

All member organisations are invited to select two people to attend the Annual Members Meeting. The primary contacts for the DPGA should have received an email with the registration link. Please complete it by October 1st. If you did not receive the link, please email at AMM@digitalpublicgoods.net.

🛂 Visa Requirements

The application process for a visa to enter Singapore is the responsibility of each traveller. Due to time constraints we kindly ask you to start the visa process as soon as possible. You can find more information about visa requirements here.

✈️ Flights

We encourage you to book your flights as soon as possible to secure the best rates and availability. For NGOs, flexible humanitarian airfares may be available through Diversity Travel, a non-profit travel agency. If you are interested in more information, please read here.

🛏️ Accommodation

As this is a busy time in Singapore, we recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible. The program will start on November 13th at 9:00 am and run until the late afternoon on November 15th, approximately 4:00 pm. 

For your convenience, we have included a list of suggested hotels below for your consideration:

▪️ Kindly be aware that there are two Pan Pacific Hotels in Singapore, so ensure you plan for the correct location: 7 Raffles Boulevard, Marina Square, Singapore.

▪️ Please note that the DPGA has no affiliation with these hotels and cannot be held accountable for any issues or concerns related to your stay.

🏥 Public Health Requirements

There are no longer any COVID-19 measures for travellers arriving in Singapore, regardless of vaccination status or traveller profile. Check other public health requirements for entering Singapore here. Additionally, ensure you review your home country’s vaccination requirements for your return journey.

🍴Meals

Lunch and coffee breaks will be offered during the event days. Participants with special dietary requirements are kindly requested to notify us through the registration link. Every effort will be made to accommodate your needs.

💬 Event Language

Please note that the event will be conducted entirely in English, and interpretation services will not be available.

The AMM24 is being photographed for display, distribution and broadcast, including on the internet. By attending this event you are giving your consent to be filmed and waiving any and all claims regarding the use of your image.

🚌 Travelling to Event Venue

Mode of transport to and from the event venue:

1. Train (Mass Rapid Transit System – MRT)

  • Nearest MRT station to Pan Pacific Singapore is Promenade Station, on the MRT Circle Line.
  • You will need an EZ-link card to travel on the MRT, and they can be purchase from MRT stations, bus interchanges and 7-eleven stores.
  • Alternatively, you can use credit/debit cards that has contactless payment functions – ApplePay and Samsung Pay is accepted

2. Bus

  • The closest bus stop to Pan Pacific Singapore is Bus Stop 02089
  • Buses that service this stop are: 106,56, 961M, 97, 36
  • You can download ‘Singabus’ from App Store or Google Play to check on bus arrival timing(s).

3. Taxi

  • Taxis are readily available and can be hailed from designated taxi stands located around the city.
  • There are also ride hailing apps such as Grab, Gojek, and CDG Zig which you can utilize to book a taxi ahead of time
  • Staff members at Pan Pacific Singapore can also help you call a taxi should you require one
